The RSPA has facilities for members to log comments and receive RSPA related information (eg. invitations, newsletters, notices).
To enable RSPA to do this they require members' names, e-mail addresses, and relevant yeargroups (of pupils). This information is stored on a database to which access is restricted.
The RSPA does not use this information in any other way, or sell, rent out or share this information with others.
This information is kept only as long as members remain on the membership list. The membership list is updated annually. Members wishing to be removed from the membership list should contact the Membership Secretary or Chairman. Those wishing to be removed from the e-mailing list should contact the Webmaster using the contact page on this site.
